Most motherboards do not come with bluetooth. If there's no antenna connectors on the board, it doesn't have WiFi or Bluetooth. The "ROG Strix B450-F" doesn't show antenna connectors, so it's not going to have it. The "ASUS ROG Strix B450-I" does have WiFi and Bluetooth on it, but it's a mATX board. You have two options here.
